Simple Exercises to Do at Home

Doing a self quarantine may stressful. No wonder why a lot of people felt being in a ‘jail’ rather than feel in a holiday. As a human, we all need something to do for our body and our mental.

When you only do the lazy things while the quarantine, you will lose the best posture of your body, even if you don’t have the best shape, being lazy would make your body look worse.

That’s why we need exercises, even when you’re in home (big or small, wide or tall) doesn’t matter. You can do this anywhere anytime.

Aerobics. You can always find a fun gymnastics moves on youtube. Even if you don’t have any internet, you still can do it with any music (just don’t use slow and mellow songs). If you feel it too difficult, just follow the tempo of the song and create your own moves.

Self made gymnastics makes your brain more creative and your body fit. If you make the moves right. The righteous here means the move must make your whole body move. You can do basics, like raising hands, jumps, etc.

Workouts. For you who have gym or workout equipment in your house, you better use it. But for you who don’t have, don’t be sad. You still can do workouts without any equipment. A lot of workout applications offered by Apple store and Play store in your phone.

These workouts works well, I personally still using the app until today, and I feel the app really helps me to keep my fitness.

Don’t be shy of your family if you started to do the exercises, better you invite them to join your exercises. It will make your whole family healthy, fit, and may help all of you get in the best shape of yourself, doesn’t it?
